Refund policy

We hope that you love Lluvia Tea as much as we do, but if you aren't satisfied with your order, you can reach out to, and our Customer Service experts will be happy to assist you in the best way possible.

Cancellations & Refund

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.

If your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.


  1. If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please reach out to our customer care email us at, mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
  2. All returns will be processed within 5 number of days of receiving the returned product. It will remain the customer's responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a return.


All refunds will be processed only after internal quality checks. For any refund request, you must share the necessary proofs. Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request has been approved.

  • If your refund has been approved, it shall be processed within seven business days. If in case you don't get your refund within the stipulated time, please feel free to reach out to us
  • All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only
  • Lluvia Tea is not liable to process any refund if the request is initiated after seven days of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs
